The tour traces the origins of the project through the medieval alleyways of Cortona’s historic center, recounting the journey from the discovery of an ancient recipe in an old cellar to the creation of an artisanal, unique and refined amaro.
The experience culminates in our room, a space that welcomes guests on a true sensory journey:
• Visual Guests will enjoy a video projection that tells the story of the Cortona territory and the botanicals that characterize Amaro Cortona.
• Olfactory A dedicated moment to discover our carefully selected botanicals: from herbs and spices in their natural state to tinctures, obtained through cold maceration in hydroalcoholic solution.
• Taste Tasting of Amaro Cortona and Amaro Cortona Intenso, served neat, to appreciate their authentic flavor. Following this, each guest may choose a cocktail crafted with our products: Cortonic, Cortona Spritz, or Cortonese Dark & Stormy.
